Comfort Keepers Mission
Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest level of quality of life that is achievable. We shall treat each of our clients with the respect and dignity they deserve, as though we were caring for a member of our own family.
The special people who deliver our unique brand of in-home senior care (We call them Comfort Keepers®.) are carefully selected, screened, and trained to provide professional, compassionate care.
There have been many families that we have helped over the years, each with their own story and situation. It is such an honor and privilege to care for our clients. It is also a huge responsibility; one that we do not take lightly.
There are many things that set us apart from our competition. One is the quality of our caregivers. We hire caregivers who genuinely have a heart for seniors. We do a nation-wide Criminal Background check on every employee. No criminal record is allowed. Another thing that differentiates us is that we provide “Heart to Heart” care giving. Our caregivers don’t just go in and perform the required tasks; they get to know our clients and try to make a positive difference in their lives.
Interactive Caregiving™ is based on four primary pillars, which Comfort Keepers leverage to care for, engage, and interact with our clients:
